• Position: Med/Surg Registered Nurse (RN) – Travel Nurse / Medical‑Surgical Nurse
• Assignment Duration: 13 weeks (April 13, 2026 – July 11, 2026)
• Hours per Week: 36
• Shift: Rotating 12‑hour Day/Evening/Night shifts; every other weekend; holidays/on‑call/callback/charge per unit needs

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in New York State
• BLS (American Heart Association)
• Telemetry experience required (recent clinical telemetry experience preferred)
• Minimum 2 years of recent Med/Surg RN experience in acute care

• Provide evidence‑based, competent care to patients across trauma, general surgery, neuromusculoskeletal, acute care medicine, solid organ transplant, rehabilitation, neurology, orthopedics, neurosurgery, and adult admission units
• Float between units as needed; adapt quickly to varying patient acuity in acute care settings
• Assume expanded roles as needed, including charge nurse, preceptor, and committee participation
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams (physicians, therapists, case managers) to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Maintain compliance with hospital protocols, safety standards, and documentation requirements
• Demonstrate service excellence and participate in professional development opportunities
