About This Role

The URMC OB/GYN Associates of the Finger Lakes Outpatient Clinic is seeking a part-time RN to provide competent direct patient care in a busy OB-GYN setting. This role is ideal for a team player with experience in women’s health and ambulatory care.

• Pay: $37.12 - $50.11/hour
• Location: Rochester, NY
• Facility: Strong Memorial Hospital
• Schedule: Part-time, Day shift

• Provide competent direct patient care based on established standards.
• Perform telephone triage of patient phone calls and consult with care providers.
• Administer medications and injections as ordered.
• Obtain and record vital signs of patients.
• Gather medical, surgical, and family histories, allergies, and current medications.
• Document symptoms or concerns.
• Support peers in the delivery of patient care services.
• Assume expanded roles such as charge nurse, preceptor, and committee member responsibilities.

• Active NYS RN license in good standing required.

• Minimum of 3-5 years of RN experience required.
• Women’s health and ambulatory experience preferred.
