The RN will provide competent direct patient care in an Internal Medicine practice, focusing on outpatient services for adults. This role is ideal for those who thrive in a collaborative environment and possess strong assessment and communication skills.

• Pay: $37.12 - $50.11/hour
• Location: Rochester, NY
• Facility: Strong Memorial Hospital
• Schedule: Full-time, Day shift

• Provide direct patient care based on established standards.
• Conduct telephone triage for patient needs.
• Administer medications and vaccines.
• Perform minor laboratory testing.
• Educate patients on health and wellness.
• Support peers in delivering patient care services.
• Supervise LPNs and Ambulatory Techs as assigned.
• Contribute to unit activities and care delivery system enhancement.
