Work Shift:

UR - Night (United States of America), Compensation Range: $41.93 - $54.51

• Accountable for provision of competent direct patient care based on established standards.
• Contribute to unit activities and support enhancement of the care delivery system at the unit level.
• Support peers in the delivery of patient care services and assume expanded roles such as charge nurse, preceptor, and committee member responsibilities.
• Provide care in a family-oriented pediatric surgery center with in-patients and out-patients, in a fast paced and challenging unit with variable settings of Preanesthesia, PACU, and Post-operative Discharge.
• Demonstrate flexibility with scheduling to meet unit needs and work weekend nights (Fri/Sat/Sun) 12‑hour shifts.
• Experience in Pediatric, PACU, PICU, Med/Surg, and/or critical care preferred.

• Registered Nurse licensure.
• Pediatric, PACU, PICU, Med/Surg, and/or critical care experience preferred.
• Ability to work 12‑hour weekend night shifts.
• Strong teamwork, leadership, and flexibility skills.
