Schedule/Hours- Shifts and hours will be discussed during the interview process.
- Current, unrestricted RN license
- Minimum 1 year of RN experience in a Telemetry or similar acute care setting
- BLS and ACLS certifications required
- Strong ECG interpretation skills
- Ability to assess and respond promptly to patient conditions
- Demonstrated excellence in communication and teamwork
- Deliver evidence-based nursing interventions and monitoring for patients requiring continuous cardiac telemetry
- Accurately interpret and document cardiac rhythms, promptly reporting changes to the medical team
- Collaborate with physicians, interdisciplinary teams, and ancillary staff to ensure high-quality, coordinated patient care
- Provide emotional support and education to patients and their families regarding cardiac conditions and treatments
- Administer medications, maintain IVs, and complete comprehensive nursing assessments
- Participate actively in unit initiatives and quality improvement efforts
- Exposure to cutting-edge cardiac care practices and technology
