Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) - Long Term Care Assignment Duration

This is a 13-week contract position.

3x12.0 Shift

We are seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide care in a long-term care setting for geriatric residents. You will manage a caseload of 20 residents, collaborating with a team of LPNs and CNAs to ensure high-quality care. This role requires strong critical thinking skills and the ability to work independently.

• Provide direct patient care, including medication administration and oversight of CNAs.
• Manage care for geriatric residents with wound care needs.
• Ensure all residents receive care with dignity and respect.
• Collaborate with nursing team to deliver optimal patient outcomes.

• Active LPN License in New York State (NYS).
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association (AHA).
• Minimum of 2 years experience in a long-term care setting.
