Compensation Range: $95,846.00 - $

Shift Details:
Full‑time position, 40 hours per week. Days and nights, 8‑hour and 12‑hour shifts, with weekends, holidays, and on‑call duties per unit policy.

• Provide expert patient care and serve as a resource and consultant, communicating effectively within the unit and service.
• Participate in human resources management, develop and evaluate recruitment and retention strategies, and monitor patient outcomes.
• Assume expanded responsibilities at unit, program, or service level as assigned by leadership.
• Act as a mentor and role model for staff across obstetrics, including unit orientation and advanced assessment of obstetrical patients.
• Lead or participate in quality improvement activities and unit/service projects, managing unit‑based programs.
• Remain flexible and adapt readily to changing responsibilities and situations.
• Collaborate with all members of the healthcare team to coordinate multidisciplinary care for antepartum, intrapartum, and postpartum patients.
