Position:
New Graduate Nurse – Inpatient Acute Hemodialysis (UR Dialysis) across three campuses (Strong Memorial, Highland Hospital, and FF Thompson).

Location:

601 Elmwood Ave, Rochester, NY 14642.

Shift: UR – Rotating (United States of America).
Compensation: $37.00 – $40.70 per hour. Hours include D/E, holiday, weekend, and on‑call per unit policy.

• Functions as a new graduate nurse with less than one year of experience under the direction of the Nurse Manager.
• Build competency in the provision of direct patient care.
• Deliver direct patient care for inpatient acute hemodialysis to a wide variety of medical and surgical inpatients on the three campuses.
• Support unit activities and contribute to the enhancement of the care delivery system at the unit level.
• Assist peers in the delivery of patient care services.
• Participate in days, evenings, and overnight on‑call responsibilities.

• New graduate registered nurse with less than one year of experience.
• Strong communication skills and a dedication to teamwork.
• Previous dialysis experience desirable.
