Compensation Range: $37.12 - $50.11

The referenced pay range represents the minimum and maximum compensation for this job. Individual annual salaries/hourly rates will be set within the job's compensation range, and will be determined by considering factors including, but not limited to, market data, education, experience, qualifications, expertise of the individual, and internal equity considerations.

Under the direction of leadership, is accountable for provision of competent direct patient care based on established standards. Contributes to unit activities and supports enhancement of the care delivery system at the unit level. Supports peers in the delivery of patient care services and assumes an expanded role which may include charge nurse, preceptor, and committee member responsibilities.

PT (24 hours) days, 8-hour shifts. Conduct patient assessments, provide education, manage triage, coordinate care, and support special exams. Acute care or oncology experience is a plus, along with a genuine eagerness to learn and grow in radiation oncology.
