Description:

• We are seeking an experienced Allergy Advanced Practice Provider (NP or PA) for a full-time position in an outpatient setting in Rochester, NY.

• The role involves varied weekday shifts and one weekend day per month.

• Candidates should have experience or a strong interest in managing allergic and immunologic conditions.

Requirements:

• Evaluate and manage patients with allergic and immunologic conditions.

• Conduct and interpret various allergy tests.

• Administer allergen and oral immunotherapy under protocols.

• Develop treatment plans and educate patients on allergy management.

• Manage acute allergic reactions in an outpatient setting.

• Collaborate with physicians and clinical team for patient care.

• Maintain accurate documentation in electronic medical records.

Qualifications:

• Board-Certified Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant with an active state license.

• Master's degree from an accredited NP or PA program.

• Minimum of 1–2 years of experience in allergy, immunology, or primary care.

• Strong clinical assessment and communication skills.

• Compassionate and detail-oriented with a focus on patient-centered care.

• Flexibility to work occasional evenings or weekends.
