About the Role
Every day, the donors you meet will motivate you. The high‑quality plasma you collect will become life‑changing medicines. This position is a part‑time role with most shifts lasting 4 to 6 hours per day and 3 or more days per week, designed to fit your life.
How You Will Contribute- Answer phones, greet donors, and ensure the safety of donors and the team.
- Screen new and repeat donors and take and record donor vital signs and finger‑stick results.
- Use the Donor Information System, prepare donor charts, maintain accurate records, and coordinate donor compensation.
- Identify operational opportunities for continuous improvement and initiate changes to center processes using company‑approved procedures.
- Work a variety of shifts, including Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to walk and/or stand for the entire work shift; ability to lean, bend, stoop, crouch, and reach above shoulders and below knees.
- Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Ability to lift up to 5 lbs. routinely and occasionally up to 32 lbs. (rarely 50 lbs.).
- Fine motor coordination, depth perception, and ability to hear equipment from a distance.
- Comfort with prolonged glove wear, as 90% of tasks involve exposure to blood borne pathogens (risk level
1). - At least 1 year of experience in a customer or patient‑facing role (preferred).

Wages & BenefitsU.S. Starting Hourly Wage: $18.00 (subject to local minimum wage requirements).
