TNAA Total Med RN is seeking a travel nurse RN ED - Emergency Department for a travel nursing job in Rochester, New York.

• Appropriately evaluate, triage, and implement care using correct procedures and physician instructions.
• Perform minor medical operations, advise patients and families on illnesses or injuries, and plan long‑term care needs.
• Document medical history, check for allergies, obtain vital signs, and monitor patients’ emotional and physical well‑being.
• Provide basic bedside care.
• Clean and bandage wounds.
• Provide IV therapy.
• Maintain supplies and medical equipment.
• Report suspected abuse to appropriate agencies.

• 1–2 years recent acute care experience.
• ACLS, BLS, PALS, NIH certification required (at least 2 years).
• Additional certifications may be required before assignment.
• Ability to stand and walk for long periods, bend, lean, and stoop without difficulty.
• Capacity to lift 20 pounds easily; may lift up to 50 pounds at times.
• Strong stress‑management skills; ability to relate to patients of all ages and backgrounds.
