Job Summary
A Pediatric Emergency Room Nurse works in the ER under the pediatric unit, caring for young patients who need immediate care and attention. Pediatric ER nurses must be able to work under pressure and in a variety of settings, as most ER departments can be fast-paced and hectic.
Requirements- Minimum of 1 year of current work experience in Pediatric ER.
- New York State Healthcare Provider license required or willing to obtain one.
- Certification(s) may include BLS, ACLS, NRP, PALS.
