Registered Nurse – Cardiac Transplant Step‑Down Unit

Full‑time, 40 hours per week. Rotating shifts (UR – Rotating). 8–12 hour shifts, weekend and holidays per unit policy.

• Support standards of care and provide nursing expertise and patient education in an inpatient setting.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure quality standards of practice are met.
• Act as a clinical resource, mentor, and consultant for unit‑based staff.
• Participate in unit‑based education, recruitment and retention strategies, and the management of human resources.
• Monitor patient outcomes and assist with unit, program, or service level quality initiatives.
• Partner with leadership to maintain smooth daily operations of the unit.

• Registered Nurse with a minimum of five (5) years of experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN) required.
• Cardiology experience preferred, but not required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a positive, motivated attitude.

Compensation Range: $95,846.00 – $ per annum (salaries determined within this range based on experience and qualifications).
