Level 2 RN – Long Term Care – New York 14642 Schedule
Monday to Friday
Unit OverviewFacility ratio is 1 RN for 20 residents, supported by 8-10 LPNs and 4-6 CNAs.
Environment is geriatric long-term care with wound care.
Facility has no trachs and no acute care needs.
Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care, assessments, documentation, and implementation of the nursing plan of care.
- Oversight of LPN and CNA colleagues.
- Medication administration.
Two (2) years' experience in Long Term Care.
