The Ambulatory ENT – Registered Nurse 2 position at Strong Memorial Hospital involves providing competent direct patient care, managing patient communications, and supporting the care delivery system. • Provide direct patient care based on established standards.
• Manage patient phone calls and triage.
• Educate patients on pre and post-surgical care.
• Coordinate patient care and assist with procedural activities.
• Facilitate patient throughput.
• Participate in quality and performance improvement activities.
• Support peers in the delivery of patient care services.
• Assume expanded roles such as charge nurse and preceptor.

• Education: NYS RN License required
• Experience: Minimum 2 years of nursing experience required
