About This Role
The Long Term Care Unit ns Nursing Home is seeking a Registered Nurse to provide competent direct patient care and support unit activities. This role is ideal for candidates who demonstrate strong critical thinking skills and a collaborative spirit.
Highlights- Pay: $38.76 - $50.39/hour
- Location: Rochester, NY
- Facility: St. Johns Nursing Home
- Schedule: Full-time, Rotating
- Provide competent direct patient care based on established standards.
- Contribute to unit activities and support enhancement of the care delivery system.
- Support peers in the delivery of patient care services.
- Assume expanded roles such as charge nurse, preceptor, and committee member responsibilities.
- Partner with the team to open and build a sustainable model for patient care in the new long term care unit.
- Education: No specific education requirement mentioned
