About the Role:

As a CNA, you will work day or evening shifts and be responsible for:

• Providing direct patient care, including assisting with daily living activities, vital signs, and medication administration

• Developing and maintaining relationships with patients, families, and colleagues to ensure a positive and supportive environment

• Participating in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction

• Collaborating with the interdisciplinary care team to develop and implement individualized care plans

Requirements:

• Current certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in the state of New York

• High school diploma or equivalent required
