Responsibilities- Accountable for provision of competent direct patient care based on established standards.
- Contributes to activities and supports enhancement of the care delivery system.
- Supports peers in the delivery of patient care services and assumes an expanded role, which may include charge nurse, preceptor, and committee member responsibilities.
- FT position available, open daily 12-8pm, weekends and holidays per policy.
- Brighter Days Pediatric Urgent Care is transforming access to mental health care for children and adolescents as the area’s first-ever walk‑in pediatric mental health urgent care clinic serving patients up to age 18. The RN will perform patient triage, gather collateral from community providers, conduct behavioral health assessments, provide patients and families with education and emotional support, collaborate closely with the interdisciplinary team to coordinate care, all while creating a welcoming, safe, and supportive environment for patients and families.
- Seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) who is self‑motivated, proactive, with highly effective critical‑thinking skills, one-year psychiatric experience, and a NYS RN license.
