• Practice as a full scope Certified Nurse Midwife in the upstate NY region.
• Provide full scope nurse‑midwifery services in ambulatory and inpatient settings, including antepartum, intrapartum, and postpartum care.
• Offer well-woman gynecology, family planning, and management and treatment of minor gynecologic problems.
• Work three office days per week and cover 24‑hour call shifts, including weekend coverage.
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members.
• Participate in the education of learners (students and new employees), using clinical learning experiences, knowledge sharing, and skill training.

• Master’s Degree in Nursing or related field.
• Active New York State CNM license in good standing or eligibility for certification.
• Clinical competence and superior verbal and written communication skills.
• Interpersonal effectiveness, customer‑relation skills, and computer competence.
• Active desire to learn and professional growth.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative rural practice team.
