Compensation Range: $37.12 - $50.11

The referenced pay range represents the minimum and maximum compensation for this job. Individual annual salaries/hourly rates will be set within the job's compensation range, and will be determined by considering factors including, but not limited to, market data, education, experience, qualifications, expertise of the individual, and internal equity considerations.

Functions as a new graduate nurse with less than one year of experience. Under the direction of the Nurse Manager, continues to build competency in the provision of direct patient care. Contributes to unit activities and supports enhancement of the care delivery system at the unit level. Supports peers in the delivery of patient care services.

FT/PT positions available, D/E/N, weekends and holidays per unit needs, 20-bed unit

In-patient adult boarder unit with a focus on admissions with a 24-48 hour length of stay. Join a team of nurses that specialize in care for a diverse spectrum of acute and complex medical patients. This is an exciting, fast-paced, rapid turnover unit where nurses demonstrate strong critical thinking and organizational skills. Provide direct care to patients across the age spectrum in a fast-paced collaborative environment.

Individuals must be creative, flexible, collaborative teamwork, motivated and possess excellent communication skills. New Graduates (level
1) are eligible for the med/surg Residency Program. The residency program is designed to assist the novice graduate nurse to successfully transition to a competent professional nurse. Nurse must have less than one-year prior experience in acute care and plan for a two-year commitment upon program completion.
