• Registered Nurse Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in New York State
• Minimum 2 years of recent Labor & Delivery nursing experience
• BLS certification (American Heart Association required)
• Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification
• OR and triage experience highly preferred

• Labor & Delivery RN Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care to antepartum, intrapartum, and postpartum mothers and newborns (high, moderate, and low risk)
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to deliver patient- and family-centered care
• Demonstrate strong clinical, communication, prioritization, and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced hospital environment
• Float among OB/GYN units to support varying patient volumes and acuity levels
• Participate in orientation and ongoing training across OB nursing competencies and care modalities
