Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, wound care, and other medical treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans, in conjunction with interdisciplinary team members.
- Monitor and report patient conditions, medication reactions, and any changes in health status.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure continuity of care.
