Location: City of Rochester
Rochester Regional Health is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for the ElderONE program in Rochester, NY. This part-time position requires providing direct patient care under a Registered Nurse's supervision and involves a varied schedule of approximately 20 hours per week.
The ideal candidate will have a current LPN license in New York and BLS certification. Responsibilities include conducting patient observations, assisting with treatment plans, and maintaining clinical competency. A background with elderly populations is preferred.
