Experience with administration of blood and blood products Ability to cannulate AV graft and AV fistula

Experience with various alarms and monitoring systems Understanding of infection control and emergent situations

Description:

The position guarantees 40 hours weekly. Shifts are from 5:30 AM to 10:30 PM. Combined shifts of 8 and 12 hours may be required based on department needs. Rotating Saturdays are expected during the schedule. Candidates will be required to float to other dialysis locations. Preferred skills include outpatient clinic and urgent care center experience. This role involves vital sign monitoring and patient health assessments.

Candidates must be able to perform simple dressing changes and telephone triage. Familiarity with EPIC charting system is a hard requirement. Candidates will need to demonstrate infection control practices. Module training time may be required prior to start. This position entails managing various dialysis-related situations and patient needs. The role requires a strong understanding of dysrhythmias and their management.
