Medical Solutions is seeking a travel nurse Registered Nurse specializing in Labor and Delivery for a 13‑week assignment in Rochester, NY. The role includes 36 hours per week on a 12‑hour shift schedule, with a competitive travel pay package variable based on distance and guaranteed hours.

Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care to antepartum, intrapartum, and postpartum patients, ranging from high, moderate, to low risk.
  • Collaborate with an interdisciplinary labor and delivery team.
  • Own assessment, nursing care, and teamwork practices, maintaining patient- and family-centered care.
  • Float among labor, delivery, operating room, and triage units as needed to meet variable acuity and volume.
  • Participate in orientation and training for competencies across the OB service.
Qualifications
  • Registered Nurse licensure.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Labor and Delivery.
  • Excellent communication, prioritization, and problem‑solving skills in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Experience in OR and triage highly desirable.
