About This Role

The RN in this role will provide competent direct patient care in an outpatient internal medicine practice, focusing on adult patients aged 18 and older. This position is ideal for those who thrive in a collaborative team environment and possess strong assessment and communication skills.

• Pay: $38.76 - $52.33
• Location: Rochester, NY
• Facility: Strong Memorial Hospital
• Department/Unit: Partners Ambulatory Nursing
• Schedule: Full-time, Day shift

• Provide direct patient care based on established standards.
• Conduct telephone triage for patient needs.
• Administer medications and vaccines.
• Perform minor laboratory testing.
• Educate patients on health maintenance and chronic care.
• Supervise LPNs and Ambulatory Techs as assigned.
• Contribute to unit activities and enhance care delivery systems.
• Support peers in delivering patient care services.
• Assume roles such as charge nurse and preceptor as needed.

• RN License required

• 1-2 years in direct nursing care required

• Current RN License in New York
