• Provide moderate sedation in the OR for a wide variety of surgical patients.
• Monitor patient status, administer medications per protocol, and support the surgical and anesthesia teams.
• Care for procedures across a broad specialty mix, including orthopedics, general surgery, plastics, urology, cardiac, neuro, vascular, ophthalmic, GYN, ENT, thoracic, oral‑maxillofacial, and trauma (level 1 trauma center).
• Assist with procedures using two DaVinci robotic systems across multiple services.
• Support transplant cases involving livers, kidneys, and hearts.
• Maintain sterile technique, ensure equipment readiness, and uphold patient safety throughout perioperative care.
• Collaborate closely with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and OR staff to optimize flow and patient outcomes.

• Active New York RN license
• BLS certification (American Heart Association)
• Moderate Sedation Experience Required
• Interventional Radiology (IR) Experience Required
• Minimum two years OR experience
• OR experience in a level 1 trauma hospital highly desired
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced OR environment; willingness to be on‑call for weekends and nights
