Hours per Week: 37.5
Schedule: 2p-10, every other weekend
Pay and Benefits: Competitive base pay with shift differentials, incentive opportunities, overtime at time-and-a-half, and strong benefits including a pension. Tuition assistance is available, and progression from CNA to LPN to RN and into leadership roles is actively supported.
SummaryAs a Certified Nursing Assistant, you will provide high‑quality, individualized patient care in collaboration with the nursing team. Your initiative and support will be critical to the success of the entire team.

- Patient Care & Service: Provide or assist residents with activities per individualized care plans; transport to and from activities; provide leisure activities; perform evaluations and reporting; offer emotional support to residents and families.
- Safety: Assist in maintaining a clean and safe resident environment.
- Communication & Documentation: Support families, direct them to appropriate staff; respond to resident requests promptly; provide reports to team members and leaders.
- Minimum age requirement: 18
- Currently certified in New York State as a Certified Nursing Assistant
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- High school diploma or equivalent
CNA – Certified Nursing Assistant – New York State Education Department (NYSED)
Physical RequirementsMedium work:
Exerting 20 to 50 pounds of force occasionally, 10 to 25 pounds frequently, or greater than negligible up to 10 pounds constantly to move objects; requires frequent walking, standing or squatting.
$20.00 – $22.00

Pay is determined by factors including experience, relevant qualifications, specialty, internal equity, location, and contracts.
