Duration: 13 weeks (40 hours per week)
Schedule: Day 4x10‑hour shifts (11:00 AM - 9:30 PM; 9:00 AM - 7:30 PM) – alternating shifts possible based on staffing needs.
Employment Type: Travel Registered Nurse – Diverse Surgical Services
Location: Rochester, New York
Responsibilities- Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients undergoing diverse surgical procedures.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Maintain patient safety and adhere to established protocols and procedures.
- Assist in preparing and monitoring patients during surgical interventions.
- Perform essential nursing skills, including phlebotomy and IV placement.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in surgical nursing.
- Active RN license in New York.
- BLS certification required; CNOR preferred.
- Experience with Epic electronic health record system is essential.
