Compensation Range: $39.25 - $52.99 per hour

• Function as a new graduate nurse with less than one year of experience under the direction of the Nurse Manager.
• Build competency in direct patient care and contribute to unit activities.
• Support peers and enhance care delivery at the unit level.
• Work 8‑hour and 12‑hour shifts, including holidays, weekends, and on‑call responsibilities.
• Provide direct patient care across multiple Emergency Medicine Service areas (SMH ED, SMH ED Obs Unit, Strong West ED, and six Urgent Care locations).
• Perform patient triage, treat a diverse population, and coordinate care.
• Demonstrate strong assessment, organizational, and communication skills.
• Adapt to fast‑paced environment and flexible assignment needs.

Critical care experience preferred. Required certifications: BLS, ACLS, and PALS.

• BLS, ACLS, PALS required.
