Registered Nurse – Radiology travel assignment in Rochester, New York.

Start date:

08/03/2026 for 13 weeks. Shift: 10 hours. Weekly pay: $2,729 to $2,816. This role supports adult inpatients and outpatients undergoing interventional radiology procedures in a fast‑paced, state‑of‑the‑art imaging care environment.

• Work schedule includes weekends, holidays, and on‑call as needed by the unit
• Setting involves interventional radiology within a busy imaging‑focused care team

• Prepare patients for interventional radiology procedures (biopsies, embolizations, ablations, angiography, drain placements, and other image‑guided interventions)
• Provide intra‑procedure monitoring and support during IR procedures
• Manage post‑procedure recovery, including PACU and 23‑hour extended stay areas
• Monitor telemetry and respond to changes in patient status; document findings accurately
• Collaborate with radiologists, technologists, and multidisciplinary teams to deliver patient‑centered care
• Adhere to infection prevention measures and unit‑specific dress code requirements

• Active New York State RN license
• BLS (American Heart Association) certification
• ACLS (American Heart Association) certification
• Telemetry experience
• 1 year of recent interventional radiology experience
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment
