Schedule:
Full time, 40 hours weekly, shift: UR - Day, 9‑hour shifts.
Compensation Range: $38.76 – $52.33 per hour.
Responsibilities- Provide competent direct patient care under direction of the Nurse Manager in a Unit of General Medicine.
- Participate in unit activities and support improvement of the care delivery system.
- Support peers and assume expanded roles such as charge nurse, preceptor, or committee member.
- Deliver direct patient care, telephone management, patient triage, and coordination of care in a Patient‑Centered Medical Home context.
- Registered Nurse, Level II.
- Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience.
- Strong assessment and communication skills, proactive and independent decision‑making ability, and good organizational skills.
