• Schedule: Full-time, Day shift

• Maintain 24-hour accountability for patient care and nursing activities on the outpatient unit.
• Oversee and direct unit activities including standards development and human resource management.
• Assess resource needs and utilization for the unit.
• Manage a team of approximately 15 nurses and ambulatory technicians.
• Foster team development and provide mentorship and growth for staff.
• Provide real-time feedback and network with peers.
• Ensure high-quality patient care by standardizing practice.
• Participate in performance improvement activities at the unit level.
• Collaborate with front-end staff, hematologists, and oncologists.

• Education:
  • BSN required, Master's preferred within 5 years
• Experience:
  • Progressive nursing experience required
