Position Summary
Seeking a licensed Practical Nurse for a 13‑week travel assignment in Rochester, NY. Must have at least 1 year of recent LPN experience, a valid license, and current BLS/CPR certification. Preferred additional certifications based on facility needs may also be considered.
Responsibilities- Providing hands‑on patient care, including monitoring, medication administration and wound care.
- Assisting residents with daily activities and educating residents and families.
- Documenting care, collaborating with healthcare teams, supervising support staff, recognizing patient changes and responding to emergencies.
- Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) with a current license.
- At least 1 year of recent LPN experience.
- Current BLS/CPR certification.
- Additional certifications may be preferred depending on facility needs.
- Critical thinking and strong communication.
- Physical ability to perform tasks and mental resilience to handle pressure and irregular schedules.
- Interpersonal effectiveness, technical proficiency, and visual acuity with sensory skills.
