RN Nurse Manager Opportunity – 6-8 Week Assignment with Potential for Permanent Placement!
Are you an experienced RN Supervisor looking for a leadership opportunity where you can truly make a difference?
We're seeking a confident and compassionate RN Nurse Manager to join a wonderful long-term care facility known for its supportive leadership, collaborative team, and nurturing environment.
Schedule- Monday-Friday
- 8:00 AM-4:00 PM
- No weekends
- No mandatory overtime
- Current RN license
- Previous RN Supervisor or leadership experience in long-term care
- Strong clinical judgment and leadership skills
- Ability to supervise, mentor, and support nursing staff
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- A passion for providing exceptional resident care
- 6-8 week contract with the potential for a permanent position
- Supportive administration and experienced nursing team
- Positive, resident-centered culture
- Stable weekday schedule for excellent work‑life balance
