Compensation Range: $38.76 - $52.33 per hour.

• Accountable for the provision of competent direct patient care based on established standards under the direction of leadership.
• Contribute to unit activities and support enhancement of the care delivery system at the unit level.
• Support peers in the delivery of patient care services and may assume expanded roles such as charge nurse, preceptor, or committee member.
• Provide clinic visits, pre- and post-procedure care, telephone triage, and care coordination in ambulatory patient care clinics.
• Demonstrate strong assessment, communication, organizational, and decision-making skills.
• Adapt to fast-paced environments and work temporary assignments ranging from 8 to 16 weeks to meet staffing needs.
• Possibly participate in the Ambulatory Care Nurse Residency program.

• Registered Nurse with current state licensure.
• Preferred prior experience in an outpatient or procedural area setting.
• Strong assessment, communication, and organizational skills; proactive and autonomous in decision-making.
• Flexibility and ability to work in fast-paced environments.
