Ambulatory Care Flex Team - Registered Nurse Level 2 or 3

About This Role

The Ambulatory Care Flex Team Registered Nurse provides competent direct patient care in a dynamic environment, supporting specialty and procedural care areas. This role is ideal for team-oriented and independent RNs looking for temporary assignments.

• Pay: $38.76 - $52.33/hour
• Location: Rochester, NY
• Facility: Strong Memorial Hospital
• Schedule: Full-time, Day shift

• Provide direct patient care based on established standards.
• Contribute to unit activities and enhance the care delivery system.
• Support peers in patient care services.
• Assume expanded roles such as charge nurse, preceptor, and committee member.
• Work temporary assignments ranging from 8-16 weeks in Ambulatory patient care clinics.
• Deliver care during clinic visits, pre-intra-post procedure care, and telephone triage.
• Coordinate care and demonstrate strong assessment and communication skills.
• Exhibit flexibility and the ability to work in fast-paced environments.

• Education requirement not specified

• Previous experience in an outpatient or procedural area preferred but not required.

• Current RN License in New York
