A skilled nursing facility is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) to join our team in Gates, NY. As a key member of our leadership team, the successful candidate will play a vital role in overseeing the daily operations of our nursing department and ensuring the highest level of patient care.

As an Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON), you will be responsible for coordinating and supervising the nursing staff to ensure that all patients receive exceptional care. This will include:

• Leadership and Management
  :
  Provide guidance and direction to the nursing team to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.

• Quality Improvement
  :
  Identify areas for improvement and implement changes to enhance patient outcomes, staff satisfaction, and overall nursing operations.

• Communication
  :
  Collaborate with other departments, including physicians, therapists, and administrative staff, to ensure seamless care coordination and patient flow.

• Staff Development
  :
  Provide mentorship, coaching, and training to nursing staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.

• Years of Experience
  : 1 year, preferred

• Licensure
  :
  Current RN nursing license in the state of New York

• Excellent Communication and Leadership Skills
  :
  Proven ability to effectively communicate with diverse groups and lead by example
