Ability to independently scrub and circulate complex adult cardiac cases, experience with CABGs, structural heart cases, and minimally invasive procedures, preferred experience with transplant procedures and TAVI/TAVR
Description:
The Cardiac Operating Room provides care for a wide variety of adult patients undergoing surgeries such as CABGs and TAVIs. Staff members are involved in the multidisciplinary care of patients with heart failure requiring VADs, ECMO, artificial hearts, and heart transplants. Candidates should be capable of performing both scrubbing and circulating for complex cardiac cases, including but not limited to minimally invasive procedures and heart failure surgeries.
The role involves working with a diverse team dedicated to compassionate patient care and advanced surgical techniques.
