Per Diem LPN

Type: Ongoing Contract

Schedule: Per Diem, 24–32 hours per week, Rotating day, evening, and night schedules available

Pay: $30.00 an hour weekday; $30.50 an hour weekend

Specialty: Long Term Care

• Provides direct, hands‑on care to seniors
• Administers medications
• Monitors health status
• Assists in supervising Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs)

• Active and good standing LPN license in New York
• Current BLS certification
• 1+ year of nursing experience required
