About This Role

The Pediatric Operating Room - Cardiac Team Registered Nurse 2 is responsible for providing competent direct patient care and supporting unit activities. This role is ideal for detail-oriented and self-motivated individuals who strive for excellence in a multidisciplinary team environment.

• Pay: $35.35 - $45.96/hour
• Location: Rochester, NY
• Facility: Strong Memorial Hospital
• Schedule: Full-time, Rotating

• Provide competent direct patient care based on established standards.
• Contribute to unit activities and enhance the care delivery system.
• Support peers in the delivery of patient care services.
• Assume expanded roles such as charge nurse, preceptor, and committee member.
• Participate in call for off-shifts, holidays, weekends, and on-call as needed.

Education:

• Nursing degree from an accredited Nursing Program required.

Experience:

• Strong interest in all aspects of Cardiac care.

Licenses &

Certifications:

• Active New York State RN license in good standing required.
