LPN – Medical Surgical

Shift: Nights, 7p–7a

Contract Length: 13 weeks Weekend Requirement:
Every other weekend Holiday Requirement:
Available every other holiday, if needed

Requirements:

• Active LPN license
• Minimum 1 year LPN experience
• Acute care experience within the last 2 years
• EPIC charting experience required
• BLS certification

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care, including IV starts/maintenance and peripheral & central line care.
• Administer medications and monitor patients' vitals.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Assist with patient assessments and intake procedures.
• Educate patients and families on health management and care plans.
• Maintain documentation in electronic health records.

Compliance / Notes:

• Candidates with more than 10 days of request time off (RTO) cannot be submitted.
• Background checks will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
• Active NY LPN license in hand required to submit.
• Scrub color:
  Navy blue and white combination allowed.
