RN - PCU

4x12 Hour Night Shift (19:00 - 07:00), with every other weekend required.

We are seeking a Med-Surg RN with a New York license to provide high-quality patient care in our Intermediate Care unit (IMCU). The IMCU is a critical care step-down unit catering to adult patients requiring specialized care. The successful candidate will work in a dynamic environment with a patient ratio of 1:5 to 1:7, ensuring the delivery of compassionate care through a multidisciplinary approach.

• Provide evidence-based care for adult patients in the IMCU.
• Monitor patients using continuous telemetry and pulse-oximetry.
• Manage airway support, IV infusions, and perform phlebotomy.
• Handle emergency situations and respond to Rapid Response/Code teams.
• Maintain proper isolation precautions and patient safety protocols.

• 1 year of Med-Surg RN experience.
• Valid New York RN license in hand is mandatory.
• Required certifications: BLS, NIHSS (please include NIHSS in the application).
• Experience with EPIC charting system is a must.
