About This Role
The Neonatal Intensive Care (NICU) Registered Nurse 1 position is ideal for new graduate nurses looking to build their competency in providing direct patient care in a highly specialized environment for sick or premature newborns.
Highlights- Pay: $37.00 - $40.70/hour
- Location: Rochester, NY
- Schedule: Full-time, Rotating shifts
- Sign-On Bonus: Up to $25,000
- Provide direct patient care under the direction of the Nurse Manager.
- Contribute to unit activities and enhance the care delivery system.
- Support peers in delivering patient care services.
- Demonstrate ability to work in a high-tech, fast-paced environment.
- Exhibit excellent organizational and conflict resolution skills.
Education:
- New graduate nurse with less than one year of experience.
Experience:
- Pediatric experience preferred.
Licenses &
Certifications:
- Current RN License in New York.
