• On-call responsibilities per unit needs
• Certification/experience requirements: CNOR, 2 years cardiac RNFA experience

• Provide cardiac RNFA support in the operating room, including chest exposure and wound closure
• Independently perform vein harvesting for CABG procedures as required
• Assist with DaVinci robotic cases when needed (preferred but not required)
• Scrub and circulate complex cardiac cases, including CABG, structural heart procedures (e.g., Bentall), minimally invasive valve procedures (Mini AVR), and heart failure cases (e.g., Impella)
• Participate in heart transplant-related cases when applicable and maintain perioperative patient safety
• Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesia, and perioperative team; maintain sterile technique and accurate intraoperative documentation

• NYS RN license (active)
• CNOR certification
• American Heart Association BLS and ACLS certifications
• Minimum 2 years of cardiac RNFA experience
• Ability to work 12-hour shifts (3x12) with on-call responsibilities as required
• Experience with chest exposure/closing and vein harvesting for CABG is essential

• Dedicated recruiter and assignment support throughout the engagement
• Credentialing assistance to facilitate licensure and certifications
• Travel coordination support and guidance through the assignment process
• Ongoing assignment support from Healthforce Healthcare LLC during the contract
