Overnight LPN – The Brook at High Falls
The Brook at High Falls Nursing & Rehabilitation Center is seeking a compassionate and dependable Full-Time Overnight LPN to join our team! If you are passionate about resident care and enjoy working in a supportive, team-oriented environment, we would love to meet you.
Responsibilities:Provide quality nursing care to residents during overnight shifts
Administer medications and treatments as ordered
Supervise and support CNAs during daily care activities
Monitor resident conditions and communicate changes appropriately
Maintain accurate documentation and nursing reports
Work closely with residents, families, and the interdisciplinary team to ensure excellent care
Current, active NYS LPN license in good standing
Strong teamwork and communication skills
Compassionate, professional, and resident-focused attitude
Long-term care experience preferred, but not required
