* Highland Hospital is seeking an experienced nurse to join their Strong Geriatric team.

The Outpatient RN is primarily responsible for performing telephone triage for an outpatient office. The RN will assist with the implementation of provider orders by overseeing prescription refills, ordering tests, arranging referrals, performing patient intake history, patient teaching and counseling, administering medications, assisting in various procedures as necessary, proper documentation, communicating relevant patient information to providers, and scheduling patient visits. Limited travel to facilities to assist providers may be expected.

** Salary Range:*
* $34.01- $39.43

* Fulfilled the educational requirements to be a licensed RN in NYS. 3-5 years experience. Office Practice and/or Geriatrics experience preferred. Current New York State licensure as a registered nurse; CPR Certification.
