About This Role

The Clinical Resource Nurse at Strong Memorial Hospital plays a vital role in ensuring high-quality patient care delivery in a fast-paced inpatient setting. • Pay: $97,760.00 - $

• Schedule: Full-time, Rotating shifts

• Serve as a cornerstone for high-quality patient care delivery.
• Provide expert clinical guidance and foster a culture of excellence.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to advocate for best practices.
• Coordinate patient flow and bed placement for critically ill patients.
• Work with ED and hospital leadership to manage operational issues.
• Act as a clinical liaison for communication between service lines.
• Respond to codes, trauma level activations, and alerts.
• Provide 24/7 leadership coverage and assistance.
• Serve as an educational resource and staff support.

• Education:

• BSN required

• Experience:

• 3-5 years of critical care and/or emergency medicine experience

• Active New York State RN License in good standing
• Specialty certification/advanced competencies preferred (CEN, CCRN, TCRN, ATCN, ABLS, etc.)
