Title: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) - Long Term Care

Location: Rochester, NY

Job Type: Contract

Shift: D/E/N; 36 hrs a week;
Rotating Shift Schedules, Weekends/Holidays/On-Call/Callback/Charge per Unit Needs

• Opportunity to provide care for older adults in a long term care environment.
• Duties include direct patient care including medication administration and oversight of CNA colleagues.
• Must have good critical thinking skills and ability to work independently while providing care with dignity and respect.
• At least 2 years’ experience in long term care setting, NYS LPN license and BLS from AHA required.

• BLS (American Heart Association Only)
• 2 years experience of Long Term Care Experience
